I have been helping individuals, couples, and families for over 25 years. My approach is goal-oriented, and I use evidence-based therapies. These include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Relational and Systemic models. I assist my clients with depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, chemical dependancy, and relationship issues. I also help people overcome dysfunctional habits and improve performance.
A humanistic approach underscores all of my work. This fosters a trusting, safe and supportive environment in which to reach your goals. My clients report feeling empowered as they learn how to cope with, and thrive, through life's transitions. My aim is to help my clients feel good about themselves, their life and their relationships.
