As a queer person myself, I have a passion for helping LGBTQIA+ folks, young adults, and men from all walks of life facing anxiety, depression, or general dissatisfaction to arrange their life in a way that brings joy, actualization, and peace.
To best help you achieve your goals, I will collaborate with you using an integrative approach in order to tailor an intentional and mindful, strengths-oriented, person-centred therapy relationship free of judgement, allowing you to be seen and accepted wholly for who you are.
I understand starting therapy is often itself anxiety-provoking and difficult to do. I also know nothing will get better without action.
