Today’s world moves fast, and as such it often requires us to move just as fast or get swept downstream. In these times we often doubt ourselves, our strengths, abilities, and our own innate power. Taking the first step for help when getting swept up is scary. Whether it is depression and anxiety, family and relationship issues, identity or existential issues, or even career conflicts, I am here to help my clients navigate.
From the first visit, I aim to offer a place to feel emotions, explore different perspectives, challenge unhelpful patterns, and cultivate positive change. Whether it is for an individual or a couple, adolescent to adult; I do my best to put clients at ease by being open and crafting a space that fosters a sense of relief focused on achieving their goals.
I believe that by collaborating therapeutically with my clients, I can help them experience a deeper understanding of themselves, find their own unique voice, and craft more fulfilling relationships.
