With over 40 years of clinical experience, I work collaboratively and respectfully to help clients achieve feelings of empowerment and enhanced self-esteem. Clients will find my style warm and inviting, highly interactive and infused with humor.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based approaches and Internal Family Systems (IFS) which is an efficient, highly effective non-pathologizing approach to healing.
