As a coach, I work with individuals interested in engaging with an "internal" training system, similar to how one would go to the gym to strengthen their bodies. I am only taking online new clients. One comprised of mindfulness-based exercises compiled in a very deliberate way that creates tangible outcomes and transformation. Clients would be given access to lesson videos, guided meditations and journaling prompts prior to our scheduled sessions together.
