Learn from a Certified Anger Management and Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist how to prevent the anger from happening. Where most treatment approaches help after someone feels and expresses the anger, my approach can reduce the intensity and longevity of ones anger potentially preventing anger from existing where it had existed in the past through the process of REBT. Court Ordered standards for Anger Management training requirements- classes open to anyone- court ordered or voluntary participation. Weekly, or 1 day accelerated classes.
