I love to support my clients in their journey and enable them to make their own progress individually. I am happy to work with anyone struggling to manage their emotions, impulsive behaviors, relationships, major life changes, or someone simply working towards their best life.
I am a firm believer in the power of talk therapy. I love the connection we develop in therapy and helping my patients on their path towards finding a life worth living. I have worked in various areas and with people of all ages, including a Partial Hospitalization with adolescents. I am trained in DBT and utilize a compassionate, solution focused style.
Previous clients have noted my ability to keep our sessions feeling comfortable and conversational. I always work to put myself into my clients shoes while also remembering that their experience is uniquely theirs.
