I also work as a School Counselor at a high school, as a Success Coach at a community college, and as a soccer coach at the youth and high school levels. I enjoy working with kids and young adults to help provide insight and perspectives, using a person-centered approach to create a trusting and safe environment.
Emphasis is placed on the here and now. My work is collaborative, focusing on building rapport and meeting each client where they are coming from in order to form a strong working relationship and deepen the therapeutic experience. Together, we will build coping skills and create a plan unique to help promote positive growth.
