I am experienced helping clients with anxiety and mood problems, life transitions, relationship conflict, career/work challenges, and healing from past trauma. As a Certified Yoga Instructor, I am also experienced in somatic therapies and improving one's relationship with their body. I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental, creative, and hopeful approach that is conducive to self-exploration, and I help clients leverage their innate strengths and wisdom to create lasting change.
My approach is warm, pragmatic, and solution-focused. I have a wide breadth of clinical experience with a variety of clients and have overseen the training of graduate students in counseling and psychology as a training director, clinical supervisor, and graduate-level instructor.
