Life isn’t always easy and everyone deals with changing emotions. Some days are harder than others and life can change over time or in an instant. Whether dealing with unexpected loss, trauma or life transitions, I can help. I believe the value of therapy begins with having a safe place to talk to someone who will give you their undivided attention and listen without judgement. My goal is to help my clients talk through their challenges in order to help guide them to a resolution that’s best for them. Therapy can be tough, but it can also be energizing and even fun.
I am a Registered, Board-Certified Art Therapist, and am EMDR trained for extensive/deep trauma work and healing.
I help my clients confront difficult emotions and experiences safely by offering a trauma-informed approach. Art therapy allows clients to express their thoughts and emotions in a way that is unique to them. As an art therapist, I am trained to interpret my clients’ art in order to help facilitate conversation. Together we develop tools to regain peace.
