My focus in practice is working with individuals and families who are facing grief, loss, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, PTSD, or have no idea what is going on but they just don't feel okay anymore. Being overwhelmed and burdened by life, amid a pandemic, and other past traumatic events can lead many to a state of confusion, denial, and self destructive behaviors. Relationships suffer or are torn away without any control or warning. I am the owner and lead therapist at Preveiling Touch. We have a team of highly skilled therapists who approach therapy from a holistic perspective, meaning that a healthy mind, body, and spirit are all of equal importance. We use CBT, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness to name a few.
