I am looking to have meaningful conversations with people. If we succeed at this, we will both get something out of the conversation each day. I am looking for individuals who are seeking the same thing. To have conversations to sort through what is going on in their life, get a vision for what is attainable, and work with me as they strive to attain what they aim for. Perhaps it's to unlock potential in their life or to heal wounds from the past that are holding us back. There are so many variables between us and a future that is desirable and truly good. I will be more than just a sounding board for people to vent at.
With adults, I typically approach therapy from the perspectives of CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, sprinkled in with some Existential Therapy. With children, I often have a CBT and Experiential Therapy experience where I utilize video games as a popular medium for interacting, which results in feeling face to face with me.
Successfully navigating childhood and adulthood is incredibly difficult. Both are a never-ending onslaught of challenges that leave their marks on us. I am highly compassionate about each individual's experience and offer my time to join you in overcoming your most significant challenges. We can band together to get through it.
