I see in person and telehealth clients in Pennsylvania. I also see Telehealth patients from New Jersey. Everyone goes through mental health phases. These phases can range from misunderstandings among couples, adjusting to life after the death of a loved one, and or major depression. All of these Issues have one thing in common. They all can be managed. People can live a high quality of life despite being challenged with mental health obstacles.
My approach to therapy is personalized and tailored to each person’s specific needs and comfort level. I will guide you to identify, reality test and treat your issues in a safe space where you will be valued and respected. I have over 20 years of mental health experience including: psychotherapy, community mental health and emergency room crisis.
We all are similar, of course, but we are also different. The idea that therapy would be applied in a fashion that ignores those differences would not be any more correct than going to the shoe store and buying any old pair of shoes without checking the size. I provide a non-judgmental atmosphere in both a safe in-person or virtual environment.
