My goal in treatment is to help people with whatever challenge it is that they are experiencing. My training has prepared me to work with diverse populations and ages, especially focusing on adolescents, adults, with a passion for the LGBTQ+ Community whom I identify with. I have a history of specifically working with people who have struggled with mood disorders, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and people who struggle with acute mental health struggles (self-harming & chronic suicidality). I work to help clients reach their goals, however they define them. I look forward to helping you on your own journey.
I do not believe in being focused on only one treatment model, rather I adapt to the patient's needs and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic therapy and various other treatment models. In my practice I focus on what helps the patient, not a specific type of treatment.
