Therapy can help us slow down and notice the way our history informs our actions so that we can make choices that feel more authentic to us.
People work with me because they’ve come to realize that facing what feels messiest is the key to creating honest and meaningful relationships with ourselves and others. Often they are navigating the tension between their wants and desires and the expectations of family or mainstream culture. This can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone.
As a yoga instructor and trauma therapist, I will help you safely explore your inner world and access your innate capacity to heal while making space for your body’s wisdom. This process can feel incredibly vulnerable and requires a relationship built on trust and mutual respect. I encourage you to come as you are and welcome your truth and vulnerability.
