I offer empathic and engaging care, and my approach is holistic, relational, and integrative. By holistic, I mean that I see you as a whole person and not simply a “diagnosis.” By relational, I mean that I approach you with dignity and consider our work to be a collaborative relationship built on trust. And by integrative, I mean that I keep up-to-date on many empirically supported treatments, and I select tools that are best suited to your unique needs.
