As a dually licensed clinician I specialize in a number of areas to include; a holistic approach to psychotherapy, Evaluation, 1:1 counseling, Assessment, Impaired driving (IDSP services), and intervention. I truly value supporting people who may be experiencing many of life's challenges with trauma, addiction, substance misuse, anxiety, depression and anger management. I'd be honored to work with you. I believe you are the author and expert in your own life. My goal is to help you identify your goals and to be supportive as we work together towards accomplishing them.
I have extensive experience in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe we have purpose and meaning, and therefore I often help individuals determine what their internal and external stressors are and work collaboratively towards managing those stressors in a more effective way.
Issues around self-care, unhelpful thought recognition and replacement, emotional regulation and spirituality support my holistic approach to working with others. I am a training candidate at the Carl Jung Institute of Boston and therefore appreciate the symbolic and deeper aspects of the human psyche and interpersonal relationships.
