I am a LCSW with over 18 plus years of professional experience, working with individuals, couples, and families, impacted by life’s challenges. While we are all doing the best we can, there is healing and growth, that sometimes requires a partner in this process. My practice is open to people ages 18 plus years, for individual, and couples. I am currently accepting Husky, self-pay, and out-of-network referrals.
I firmly believe that the relationship developed in therapy, can be the most powerful way, to live a healthier life worth living. My focus is strength based, person centered, CBT, and DBT, specializing in trauma treatment.
