I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Arizona and California. I earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology at The University of Arizona in Tucson and hold 2 Master Degrees in Clinical and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of New Haven, CT and Antioch University in Los Angeles, CA. My work has been with couples, teens, children, families and individuals of diverse backgrounds, religions, and cultures. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, addiction, grief and loss, and mood disorders including anxiety and depression as well as relationship issues.
I incorporate traditional modalities of psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Relational Emotional Focused Therapy, with alternative modalities of therapy which include Hypnosis, Meditation/Mindfulness, Yoga, Breath work, and Music and Art Therapy.
