I offer Telehealth Psychotherapy as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and substance abuse counseling as a Certified Addictions Professional with over twenty years experience working with adolescents and adults. I developed my theoretical background by earning my Master of Art in Counseling Psychology and leadership skills as a Veteran of The Army National Guard. My Wellness approach is helpful to clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, military trauma, ADHD, substance abuse/addiction and relationship issues. I utilizes Mindfulness/Holistic based practices as well as cognitive-behavioral therapies to assist clients in achieving personal growth. I believes my years of being a student of Tai Chi, meditation and the martial arts has enhanced my ability to help others heal. I create a calm environment to assist you in exploring new paths to balance in your life.
