I believe it is crucial in this work to create treatment plans that identify where clients are now, where they want to be, and how we plan to get there.

I specialize in working with men and working with men on their relationships. I also work with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, military/veterans, and grief. Therapy will include different components for each person I work with and the tools I most often utilize are: EMDR therapy, ACT, and CBT.
