Through the years I have been fortunate to be able to help many hurting people get "unstuck" and mover forward in life. People who are experiencing depression, anxiety, bi polar disorders, marital issues, losses, job stress, life stress and those who just feel life has to be better than it is. Life can be better. I have seen so many directly benefit from allowing me to help them and putting in the work it takes to get "unstuck". I would be honored to work with you to see if we can get those same results for you.
My experience includes being the Director of the Fielder Church Counseling Center, working 7 years with the geriatric population in psychiatric nursing home. For 7 years I was the Adult Therapist for the Partial Hospitalization Program at the Behavioral Health Unit of Arlington Memorial Hospital. Now, I am focusing on my virtual private practice.
My wide range of experience affords me the benefit of using several therapeutic techniques to match the needs of my clients. If I feel I am not the one who can help you I will work with you to find someone who may. My personal belief is that you are worthy and valuable and I want to help you feel that way about yourself and help you help others see it too!
