Right now, it can be difficult to find a therapist that is a good fit, let alone one that is available for sessions. After 10 years of agency experience, working with kids through play therapy and other evidence-based methods, I am opening up my schedule to private practice clients. I believe quality one on one care and family therapy can greatly improve children's emotional and mental struggles as well as support the family unit. I also work with families and adults with ADHD, Anxiety, and Trauma Related concerns.
I have experience working with children and adults from any background, who are going through various mental health challenges. I specialize in working with the ASD community.
I use various evidence based therapies, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as developing effective and individualized treatment plans to help facilitate real change and improvement in clients’ lives.
