I have an expansive background in mental health services ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and a-lot in between. I use REBT (rational emotive behavioral therapy) in combination with my training in systems therapy. I view the therapy process as a journey and collaboration between therapist and client.
I have recognized the need for more therapy options. In today's world we are all rushing to get to the next great activity. This is why I offer telehealth therapy services in addition to in office sessions. Through telehealth I am able to offer face to face sessions from your home at flexible times that work for you.
