I am a licensed psychologist practicing virtually (video and telephone). I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples with a variety of issues including anxiety, panic, relationship concerns, self-esteem, sexuality, managing emotions and trauma. In therapy, I will help you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the source of your difficulties, and assist you in dealing with your day-to-day challenges more effectively.
Through this process, you will learn to identify what needs are not being met in your life, and explore ways to meet them. My goal is to create a comfortable and trusting environment in which you feel free to express your thoughts and feelings fully.
Additionally, I utilize Somatic Experiencing (SE), a naturalistic mind-body technique for those who are interested in using the body to assist in regulating physical and psychological distress.
