I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help remove negative images and sensations associated with trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and other modalities to help you create concrete, sustainable change.
