I have 18 years of experience working with adolescents, life stressors, autism disorders, depression, and anxiety. My biggest passion in working with people is helping you gain a sense of purpose.

I'll provide therapy that focuses on goals, what you can control, emotional stability, thought recognition, acceptance, and solutions to help with your needs.
