By identifying goals, increasing insight, developing integrity, and encouraging self-care, I have helped countless clients regain control. I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient, residential, and inpatient; and with a variety of populations, including adults/adolescents/children experiencing depressive, anxiety, trauma/stressor, disruptive/impulse-control, substance, or personality disorders.
Presently, I specialize in adolescents and adults experiencing depressive, anxiety, or personality symptoms. So many people are affected by these symptoms. Furthermore, these symptoms can be so paralyzing and affect, not only individuals, but the people individuals relate to. For me, it is deeply satisfying to see people free themselves from these symptoms.
