Clients come to me because they are struggling with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, difficulty coping with stress, trauma recovery, low self esteem, and difficulty in life transitions. I help people reframe their perceptions about challenges in their lives while building the awareness and skillset to reduce symptoms and better regulate emotions. My ideal client's desire to leave fear and negativity behind them, while learning to position themselves to experience more peace and self control in regards to overcoming challenging patterns or situations.
Clients who work with me can expect to identify and overcome many of the patterns and perceptions in their lives that have been causing unpleasant symptoms like anxiety and depression. My clients learn how to become more present while learning to take charge over their mind, self image, feelings, and behaviors so they can shift troubling patterns.
When clients are in session with me, my primary goal is to provide an empathetic, healing, and hope inspiring atmosphere. I deeply connect with my clients and strive to create the space and relationship in which they feel safe and valued. I provide compassionate feedback and tools that help them take new levels of ownership for their own growth.
