Even when we have a so-called "happy childhood," we may still go through a lot of "less-than-nurturing" experiences that have a profound impact on our emotional lives as adults.
I specialize in childhood relational trauma (developmental trauma, family of origin issues). I use a body-oriented, sensory focus combined with a mind-oriented, cognitive focus to help clients move beyond their ingrained coping patterns and create lasting recovery, improved self-esteem, confidence, personal boundaries, and fulfilling relationships.
