I have experience working with people of a variety of religious, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds; including those who identify with the geek, gamer, and nerd subcultures. I strive to work within your values and beliefs as we work together to reach goals that are personally meaningful and align with your values.
I use mostly ACT, CBT, and mindfulness. I use CBT and mindfulness for working with what you can control and ACT for coping with what you can't control. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relational issues. I work mostly with adults of all ages and I am can to work with adolescents with parental support.
