We all need someone in our lives that is source of support and encourages us to grow. My experience is very diverse and I have worked with all age groups, including couples and families.
Depression and anxiety are issues that many people struggle with at some point in their lives and just by processing those feelings, we often find relief. I also have a great deal of experience working with pre/post bariatric surgery issues.
While the issues discussed in therapy are very serious and need to be treated with respect, I believe a down to earth approach with appropriate humor is helpful when dealing with our issues.
