Each day, we are witness to a social climate that surrounds us in fear and uncertainty. These negative effects are especially hard on those facing challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, job stress, trauma, or situational life crisis. As an LPC, I have spent the past 13 years helping clients (child, adolescent, and adults) with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, problem family dynamics, crisis mental health assessment, and issues specific to the LBGT population. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings: TeleHealth, Day Treatment, School-Based, and Outpatient settings.
