By prioritizing the relationship and building trust, you will be more comfortable opening up in session. I also use a blend of various modalities tailored to your needs and experiences.
I have a very relaxed personality, and I take the time to really get to know you and understand your concerns and goals. I have a background in creative arts therapies, so I love to use various forms of art and media to help you work through feelings and past experiences.
You will notice a greater ease at opening up about emotions. Past experiences may still be painful but will be easier to talk about and work through.
