I specialize in working with couples and intimate relationships on communication skills, managing emotions, intimacy, and more. I am Level 2 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and it is my primary focus. I have also completed Brainspotting phase 1. I use narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. My goal is to understand my clients' needs and apply the skills that will work best for them.
