I specialize in treating individuals and families who have suffered from challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem issues - to name a few. I use elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals.
Unfortunately, "one size fits all" doesn't apply to therapy, and not every therapist is a perfect match. I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable experience, therefore, I try to be the support system I would want from my own therapist.
