I received my Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at the University of Iowa and a Bachelor degree in Psychology with honor thesis at the same institution. I currently hold an LPCC-S license in Ohio and LCPC in Idaho.
My expertise is in helping clients achieve their treatment goals by providing evidence- based treatments, such as rational-emotive-behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, anger management, and crisis intervention.
