I am a firm believer that life can feel so difficult, so bleak, that it is totally reasonable to sometimes question its value. I specialize in complex trauma therapy with teens and adults, frequently including domestic and sexual violence, moderate to severe psychiatric diagnoses, and those with histories of self-harm and suicidality. I am an advocate before I'm a therapist, am antiracist, justice-oriented, and prioritize providing therapy with respect and compassionate curiosity.
My approach to therapy intends to support you in expanding on insights into yourself and that which inspired you to consider treatment today. With a deeper understanding of how things came to be what they came to be, we can then orient our time together toward moving your life forward in directions that most align with who you are and what you value.
