The first step in pursuing therapy is also one of the most important- finding a therapist who is the right fit. If you’re feeling down or overwhelmed, finding yourself anxious or worried, or are struggling to cope with life transitions, then my style may align with your treatment goals. I have a fully virtual private practice aimed at helping adults feel empowered and fulfilled. It is my mission to meet individuals where they are at in their lives and support their goals emphatically.
I use a warm, active, and collaborative approach to help my patients improve their mood, manage anxiety, and feel fully engaged and connected to themselves, others, and the world at large. I am a firm believer in confronting concerns head-on, and guide my patients away from avoidance and fear in a gentle and effective way.
I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions and relationships, mood and anxiety issues, boundary setting, women’s health concerns, and LGBTQ+ identities. If you are considering CBT and are looking for a goal-oriented and directive treatment, reach out to me so we can connect!
