I have specific expertise and interest in working with seniors to assess and treat the challenges that impact mental health later in life. I support adults of all ages in pursuit of emotional relief, psychological understanding, and the development of coping skills to alleviate distress and enhance functioning.
In a confidential, collaborative setting, we can work together to explore issues that may be causing distress: symptoms of depression and anxiety, grief and loss, relationship conflict, physical illness, post-traumatic stress, and concerns related to aging, meaning, and purpose. I have a gentle approach, and am direct when needed.
