I specialize in working with those struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating), body image, anxiety, and trauma I also have a great deal of expeirence and passion working with military/Veterans, identity/gender, college students, athletes, and life transitions. I offer compassion, empathy, connection and a safe space to process.
