I specialize in working with individual clients over the age of 13 who present with anxiety disorders such as OCD, agoraphobia, and social anxiety, as well as issues related to negative core beliefs such as trauma and low self-esteem. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD and other anxiety disorders, as well as CBT, ACT, and EMDR as applicable to treatment goals. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and I am here to help you learn new tools, challenge you, and support you.
I focus on using Exposure and Response Prevention as the main therapeutic tool to help clients improve symptoms associated with OCD, phobias, and other anxiety-related disorders and EMDR to improve trauma symptoms. ERP requires a strong commitment from my clients to practice skills outside of therapy sessions!
