Sometimes this may show up as relationship and family issues or interpersonal struggles that are really difficult to tackle without support. The goal here is to feel good about your life by taking steps to blossom in the direction of your choice!
My approach to counseling is based on the needs of the client. Using an eclectic approach allows healing to be tailored to the needs of the client and not to be an automatic prepackaged experience. As a therapist I believe one shoe does not fit all. There are several great evidence based therapeutic approaches that greatly influence healing.
