Welcome! I am so happy you are here. Let's see if we are a good fit: I have worked with diverse adult populations of all ages to include those with chronic physical illness and pain, mood disorders, anxiety, and panic/ phobias. In addition, I have experience with the LGBTQI+ community. I very much enjoy helping clients through life transitions and complex family dynamics, whatever phase of life they might be in.
I am a therapist who utilizes an integrative approach to psychotherapy that includes cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and human-centered techniques. I am an active clinician and view my clients as my collaborators. I hope to have meaningful conversations that hold space for clients' feelings and while helping them move closer to their goals.
I believe that the foundation of successful therapy is a strong relationship between the therapist and client. I strive to cultivate a supportive, nonjudgmental environment unique to each client and their differing needs. I believe that each client is the expert of their own experience and I work collaboratively to create goals and treatment plans.
