I utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy exposure response prevention therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and collaborative approaches to therapy to provide positive change, empowerment, and the most appropriate tools for each specific individual and couple. I will act as a coach/motivator for positive change.

A positive and safe therapeutic relationship where you will feel comfortable to collaborate in order to reframe thoughts and beliefs to reach your goals and hopes.
