My name is Mandi Lynn, and I am a Clinical Therapist certified in Trauma Focused-CBT. I specialize in working with children, families, and adults in all walks of life. I have spent my career focusing on helping teenagers in the Juvenile Justice system, children and families involved with CPS, foster/adoptive families, teenagers aging out of the foster care system, and adults struggling with current/past trauma and major life transitions. My goal is to help children, families, and adults identify and celebrate their strengths, while building and reinforcing healthy familial and interpersonal relationships.

I have practiced in the field of Social Work since 1995 working with culturally diverse populations of adults, adolescents, children, infants, couples, and families in jail, residential, home-based, group, and outpatient settings. I am deeply committed to meeting people where they are and helping them overcome any obstacles they may face. At the same time, I encourage self-compassion as a means of establishing emotional and mental well-being, which is crucial for healthy living.

Since 1994, Amy has been working with children, teens, adults and families. She has provided direct clinical services, supervision, instruction, and program development locally, nationally and internationally. Amy has a passion for working with children, particularly young children with histories of complex trauma. Her intention is to partner with individuals to experience hope in their lives within a safe and compassionate environment.

I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker and I most often go by "Miss Lisa." For over 15 years I have supported children across residential, school and outpatient therapy settings. I have training in a variety of psychotherapy approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and complimentary therapeutic play strategies with an interoception focus.

I have competency in understanding youth and their families’ individualistic relational challenges with separation, divorce, and co-parenting.
