Marisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Honors Psychology program at the University of Michigan in 1998. In 2003, she acquired a Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) degree with a special emphasis on child and family therapy, from the California School of Professional Psychology. After a postdoctoral internship at the Department of Child Psychiatry at Kaiser Permanente in Hayward, CA, she moved back to Michigan where she has resided since 2004. She has 20+ years of experience working with children and families.

Over the past 24 years, I have been working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I started my career in a substance abuse residential facility 19 years ago working with SA and duel diagnosis clients but have made the transition to traditional outpatient to address more mental health issues for the past 14 years. I come from a behavioral background but have experience in several schools of thought. My goal is to help you make the necessary progress you need to move through difficult times.

Diana Schein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2019. Diana has a wide range of clinical experience working with children, adults, and older adults. Her passion and love for helping others is apparent in the way that she works with adults and children and their families. Diana specializes in working with those who have experienced trauma and are ready to find ways to work through difficulties that trauma can bring to one's life. Diana loves spending time with family, including going to the zoo and Eastern market in Detroit with her daughter and husband.

Mary Hillier is licensed clinical social worker who graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Social Work degree. She has been providing individual and family counseling for over 25 years. She has worked in various settings including schools, community mental health and hospitals. Mary has over 20 years experience in schools working with children who struggle in the school setting. She has worked with adults with a specialization in older adults. Mary is an advocate for her clients while helping them work through the challenges they may face.

About Vanessa Lewis Vanessa Lewis is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty-five years of experience providing individual, marriage/couples and family counseling for adults and adolescence. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Social Work Degree at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. Vanessa collaboratively teams with individuals and families specializing in treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss.

Jackie Boboescu, PMHNP, is dedicated to actively listening to her patients and empathizing with their unique situations. Practicing in Michigan, Jackie focuses on providing individualized care to help clients achieve their mental health goals. She serves a diverse range of age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, ensuring that each person receives the support they need at every stage of life. Jackie is particularly passionate about treating ADHD, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I help individuals achieve success in recognizing how their traumatic experiences, mental health symptoms, or personal relationship issues can affect their mental wellbeing. I work with individuals ages 12 and up who are experiencing or have experienced trauma, struggling with peer or parental relationships, low self-esteem, etc. Furthermore, I assist families who have a current Child Protective Services case that could potentially lead to removal of children by offering parenting, anger management, communication and conflict resolutions skills in order to rebuild the family structure.

Lara is a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2017. She received her Bachelor's of Social Work degree and Masters of Social Work degree from Wayne State University. In her Graduate studies, she majored in Clinical Social Work with an emphasis on Interpersonal Practice and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Lara's passion is centered on helping others improve and foster lasting positive changes.

With over 19 years' experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Lamika Harper Shelton, is highly skilled and trained in providing counseling, coaching, case management and consultation services in various community settings. She is also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Lamika believes healing is a collaborative endeavor and recognizes the importance of identifying the aspects of an individual's life that impact their well-being and belief systems. She assists clients in identifying their goals for treatment.

Carmen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her Master's in the Science of Mental Health Counseling in 2016. She has 6 years of experience helping individual clients, families, has worked with and infants and children 0-6 years of age in community-based, school-based, and private practice settings. Her mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that empowers individuals and families to lead healthier lives. Carmen is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space so clients to explore their emotions, beliefs, and behaviors.
