We are an outpatient mental health practice devoted to our work with those we serve. We utilize a collaborative approach that is strengths based, client centered, and rooted in our belief in the dignity and self-worth of others. We provide both in-person and telehealth services allowing us to further meet the diverse needs of the community.

I provide individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting. I utilize evidence-based practices with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy and a Client-Centered Approach.

I have experience working with clients who are struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also provide career counseling and couple’s therapy.
