Each client is unique, so I integrate approaches best suited to the individual and the situation–Psychodynamic, CBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness–but at the core of therapy is self-exploration.

I have 10 years of experience working in substance abuse, mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc., grief, trauma, abuse, relationship conflict, criminal justice, communication, anger management, forgiveness, suicide assessment and prevention, domestic violence, and sexual abuse both offender and victim.
