Radiate Counseling, PLLC is an outpatient mental health counseling practice that offers individual and group counseling treatment services to older adolescents and adults. We offer a Christian worldview to our therapeutic approach.

Seeking help for life's difficulties is not always easy and I want to make the process as comfortable for you as possible. I maintain a comfortable, judgement free environment where I work with tweens, teens and adults on a wide variety of issues including; low self esteem, depression, anxiety, self injury, parenting issues, mood disorders, stress management, oppositional behavior, suicidal thoughts, and social skills.

Seeking professional help can be difficult, but as a fully licensed and nationally certified counselor, my goal is to create an encouraging, safe, trusting, and compassionate environment where you can begin to heal. Discovering new ways to think about your past, your current challenges, and your future, can reduce stress, improve health, enhance relationships and increase self-esteem. Clients experience long-term change, due to interventions that are healing, supportive, and empowering. Trust and safety are established in an environment where people can feel understood, respected, and never judged, which is the most important thing to me to provide, as a therapist. I am a fascia expert, author, inventor, trauma expert, and I believe in accountability by moving you forward with equipping you with coping mechanisms that work for you, free you from the past, and help you embrace the power of your mind. Past trauma, emotion, and energy get stored in the fascia of the body, which effects your mental, emotional, physical and soul health, so my approach is unique. I will guide you to adapt a growth mindset of empowerment.
